Your Walnut Grove Forest Hill Association is made up of 6 separate subdivisions (Meadows, Village, Bluffs, Gardens, Grove and Plantation Oaks).It should be noted that there is only ONE Charter, incorporating the Association and ONE set of By-Laws, however, each subdivision has its own set of Restrictive Covenants which set forth the rules and expectations for that subdivision.

As a result, one cannot read one set of Restrictive Covenants and expect it to apply to all of the subdivisions.
